Rasayel Is Now a HubSpot Certified App — Here’s What That Means

Post by gafimiv406 »

A few months ago, we, at Rasayel, celebrated becoming a Meta Partner. Now, we’ve reached another milestone with HubSpot - Rasayel is now a HubSpot Certified App Partner. This certification means that the HubSpot team has reviewed and recognized Rasayel for security, quality, and technical reliability.

In the past, we told you what Rasayel did, and you just had to take our word for it. Now, you can trust HubSpot too 😄

In this article, we’ll explore the impact of choosing a certified HubSpot app for your business.

First, let us take you through our journey to certification and what it took to get here.

Our Journey to Certification
There are strict standards that app partners must meet to be certified by HubSpot. These requirements are divided into four categories:

Security & privacy
Reliability & performance
Usability & accessibility
Value
Each category comes with specific criteria that Rasayel needed to satisfy.

Security & privacy were top priorities: We had to bahamas whatsapp phone number ensure that our app requested only the necessary data from users and implemented OAuth authentication for secure logins.

This included domain security, user data security, and other measures and best practices required by HubSpot.

Reliability & performance were next on the list: Our app had to demonstrate stable and efficient operation, with an average success rate above 95% across all activities. Using the latest versions of HubSpot’s APIs was mandatory. We needed to prove that our app could manage user data responsibly, avoiding excessive API calls and being efficient in handling data.

Usability & accessibility focused on user experience: We organized our documentation to be clear and comprehensive, making it easy for users to navigate Rasayel’s HubSpot integration. This included updating screenshots, maintaining correct branding, and following HubSpot’s documentation guidelines.

Our HubSpot marketplace listing had to be up to date, with accurate descriptions of functionality, data flows, and pricing.

Value: Our integration needed to have at least 60 active, unique businesses using it, with recent successful activity.

The process required close collaboration with the HubSpot team. After submitting our application, the team’s feedback highlighted areas needing improvement. We addressed these issues and eventually received certification on the 12th of July (for which I danced on LinkedIn 🕺).
