Post by Mitu6670 »

When closing the accounting year, you must take into account non-deductible expenses .

Non-deductible expenses appear in your accounting, but obviously they do not have to be taken into account for tax calculations and corporate tax.

These are expenses that affect the company's current account, but cannot be included in deductions.

On the other taiwan mobile number hand, some of these non-deductible expenses not only do not count, but should not affect the company's accounts. For example: going out to dinner with a partner and paying with the company card.

This expense is not usually "replaced". The amounts would have to be adjusted and this would modify the income and create an imbalance in the company's accounts.

Furthermore, when one of the company's members uses company money for his or her private expenses, it can be understood as a form of remuneration that does not pay taxes.

The partner receives his salary and declares it in his Income Tax, but does not declare the additional amounts that he takes from the company for his personal use.
