Recovery period
In the event that the renewal is not carried out within the expected term, the redemption period will take over , which defines the period in which it is possible to recover the thailand telegram domain (with or without additional costs). This period of time varies based on the extension and is approximately between 30 and 45 days. In this phase the domain can only be redeemed by the owner and cannot be transferred.

As we just mentioned, depending on the domain extension. For most extensions (.it, .com, .net, .org, .info), the Redemption Period lasts up to a maximum of 30 days; .eu allows up to 40 days for redemption.

However, the possibility of redemption with and without additional costs also varies :

for .com, .biz, .net, .org, .info a renewal fee of €75 + VAT is required starting from the day after the expiry date;
a domain with the .it extension can be redeemed without additional costs within 14 days of expiry, after which a penalty of €10 + VAT will apply;
.eu implies a surcharge of €10 + VAT starting from the expiry date.

At the end of the recovery period, the domain name enters the phase that will lead to its cancellation. This period of time usually lasts 5 days, at the end of which all data will be permanently removed and the domain will be back on the market, i.e. free for a new registration.
