What is personal coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative process to help people make important changes in their personal and professional lives. The coach helps to figure out how someone wants to change and the steps they need to take to do so. The coach's job is to help the coachee (the person being coached) organize their thoughts, emotions, and goals and break them down into smaller objectives. The coachee is the driver of these sessions.
