Come on, let's get started!

Need a little inspiration? You can make a video about anything, but sometimes that leads to problems… Because what should you choose? Here are two ideas – that fit within the above developments – to help you on your way.

Idea 1: Origin
For example, you can think of an origin video. Origin videos are perfect for social media, because they use the authenticity of the platform to show the origin of your product. Consumers are becoming increasingly critical and want to fax lists know where their cheese sandwich or basil plant actually comes from . With an origin video on Facebook, you can reach a broad target group and your message comes across just that little bit more sympathetic. Especially if you involve the customer in the production.

Example: Lidl
For this, we look at a campaign by Lidl, which launched an origin video series on Facebook a while ago. The 5 videos in the series have generated a combined reach of 1.5 million high-quality views of 10 seconds or longer. In this series of videos, enthusiastic Lidl fans go out to see where their favorite products actually come from. This way, critical consumers know exactly where their favorite Lidl product comes from.
