Where are the customers located? Is the customer working, a student, or a housewife? How old are you? Male or female? Single, married, or a parent? What is their monthly income? What brand are they using now? I like to remind… For your business, there may be different questions to find a more accurate target market. For example, my client sells children's clothing, I would ask my client something like this: Question : "Ma'am, who do you want to sell this shirt to? Who is suitable for wearing this shirt?" Answer : Want to sell to mothers who have young children aged 2-5 years old.
