External: To the extent that we are able to have visibility to the market.
Client: How will technology be applied to improve service and to the ability to generate a service that is sufficiently competitive to generate a prescription or, failing that, a high rating from the client, which can serve as a reference for other potential clients.
Finally, the advisor's change processes, more than ever business and management training, control and measurement of data will be key to transforming the firm into a competitive organization.
If the firm is able to create an efficient business model, we will be able to extrapolate our experience to clients.
