For eligible businesses in EMEA, Data Cloud residency (i.e. where your data is stored) must be in Frankfurt, Germany. In LATAM Data Cloud residency is in the US. If a customer requires that their data be stored elsewhere, Salesforce cannot support with MC Growth right now.
SMS will not be available for EMEA customers at launch.
Einstein Send Time Optimization will also not be available for EMEA customers until later this year.
When will MC Growth launch for UMEA customers?
Unfortunately, there’s no set date for when MC Growth will become available for countries such as the UK, Switzerland, and some parts of the Middle East and Africa… yet.
Salesforce has advised that MC Growth Edition availability in cambodia phone number code UMEA countries, including the UK, will roll out later this year but stay tuned for updates! Once we learn of the launch date, we’ll let you know so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter.

Implementing Marketing Cloud Growth

Before you do though, focus on these four things:
Preparing your data properly. MC Growth is designed to harness Data Cloud but the tool won’t do your data management for you. Before you start importing data, ensure that it’s clean and correct.
Planning your Flows. It’s the same advice we give to Marketing Cloud Engagement and Account Engagement users. Plan and document your customer journeys before setting up your automated sequences.
Drafting Einstein AI prompts. When creating campaigns in MC Growth, you have the option to give Einstein the details and have AI do the setup for you. As with any AI tool, the end result will only be as good as the prompts you provide, so have a go at drafting these ahead of time.
Knowing your KPIs. MC Growth comes with built-in dashboards, providing analytics powered by Data Cloud, but marketers still need to understand which KPIs are most important to demonstrate real marketing attribution.
