It was one morning, on a metro platform, that I saw the light:

Suffice to say that it was difficult to make a place in a market dominated for 15 years by five unbeatable giants, the "big five" of insurance - which have recently merged and are now only three (Anthem, UnitedHealth Group and Aetna).
