Another mythology
Some researchers have connected Badb with Cailleach, an old hag figure who was a trickster but also a goddess of sovereignty associated with winter. The Badb myth was most likely a version of the Gaelic Catubodua, a raven goddess of battle whose features mirrored her own.

In the comic series The Wicked + The Divine, Badb was the angry and violent form of the Morrigan, of the three faces of the goddess, she does not like to use this face anymore.
