
Ibexa DXP is based on the Symfony framework which has HTTP as its core. All incoming HTTP requests receive a standard HTTP response with the appropriate status code. This forms a solid foundation for building applications that handle communications in a nutshell. Ibexa DXP adds great functionality regarding content routing with human-readable URLs, but also for handling redirects when renaming content, among other things.
With the technical foundation in place, we have been able to build robust, easy-to-use URL and redirect management capabilities into our unified management interface.
