RAID Log Pipedrive Projects

Pipedrive’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform allows you to create a RAID record by setting up a new sales pipeline and adding custom fields .
Projects , Pipedrive’s project management software, is a simpler planning tool for small business owners , designed to manage records with complex details and provide detailed insights at a glance.
Here we show you the six steps to create a RAID log within Pipedrive Projects :
1. Create a custom project for RAID management
Start by creating a new custom project for your RAID log. This dashboard will become your central hub for managing the project lifecycle, methodologies, and decisions in real time.
Go to the Projects tab in Pipedrive. Create a new project called “RAID log” and add custom cards for each category.
To represent the elements of your RAID, label each gambling data india card “Risks,” “Actions/Assumptions,” “Issues,” and “Decisions/Dependencies.”
Note: Complex, long-term projects tend to use “assumptions” and “dependencies” due to greater uncertainty and task dependencies.
