Instagram is one of the fastest growing social media platforms at the moment. The app is not only popular for sharing holiday snaps or fun photos with friends. More and more entrepreneurs and brands are active on Instagram and are using the platform in a creative way to get in touch with their target group and strengthen customer loyalty.

But not all entrepreneurs are convinced of the possibilities of Instagram . phone number list This is shown in the infographic below from M2 on Hold . The figures show that only 36 percent of marketers have integrated Instagram into their marketing activities, compared to 93 percent for Facebook.

The largest group of Instagram users are young people aged 18 to 29. Of this age group, just over half are active on Instagram. Of adults aged 30 to 49, a quarter are active. Only 11 percent of people aged 50 and over and 6 percent of people aged 65 and over use Instagram.

Lessons from practice
To illustrate the possibilities of Instagram, the creators of the visual below have collected a number of examples of brands that are active on Instagram. Think of Oreo, who mainly uses the account to share funny and creative situations of 'their' cookie. Or FedEx with photos with the theme 'FedEx in the wild'. They encourage their followers to send in photos with a FedEx plane or vehicle in special situations.
