How do new online teaching technologies help develop the skills needed in this professional field?
Social trends require us to approach social problems more directly; the research mechanisms used before technological tools were more limited for the development of science, causing a bias in the social reality of diverse social environments; perhaps a study produced in one region of chinese overseas asia database the world did not have the same effect in another region. With the development of technology, a comparative study can be undertaken to bring social reality closer, from almost any social environment.

A pedagogical methodology widely used in legal training is the problem-solving method. In the digital environment, does online training allow this method to be developed? How?
The development of this methodology increases its effectiveness thanks to digital media, since the consultation of different sources such as theories, international sentences, doctrine of jurists from different places, allows the development of a case study to understand different realities than those in a local legal framework; for example, a case from the country of Brazil can address a different perspective if some interpretation tool or a constitutional control mechanism used in another country is used. The above allows an optimization of legal science to ensure that different perspectives solve a case with the greatest possible effectiveness.

Online education allows for a more global view of trends and demands in the sector. Does this mean that territorial barriers are excluded, or are local approaches maintained?
Law as a science maintains a perspective of safeguarding local sovereignty, and the States of Law have therefore regionalized the law in order to maintain the social harmony of their citizens. However, globalization and international law have forced local law to remain in constant observance of international canons in order to maximize the benefits of a healthy and correct appreciation of legal science.
Are there any areas that are prohibited in online legal training, and require face-to-face training?
I do not think so. The digitalization of teaching allows the development of legal practices to be carried out through technological and digital tools. Much of the learning of law, which is done through case studies, can be developed through observing how similar cases develop in different regions of the world. This broadens the perspective of the theoretical construct in which law is found, and broadens paradigms created through local law, building new ones with a global perspective.
What are the differences between an online PhD and an in-person PhD in Law?
Autonomy is one of the great spectra studied by Law; this axiom allows the human being to develop fully. An online doctorate allows the student to be autonomous; the online study system focuses attention on the student, turning him or her into a potential researcher from the very beginning.
The difference that can be shown is in a positive sense, which is that online doctorates allow teaching to be global, since the perspectives of the teaching staff, as well as the content, are integrated by different international profiles, which increases the development of critical thinking in the science of Law.
