For your convenience, cards with unviewed requests are marked with a blue dot and highlighted in light blue. So when you enter the CRM, you can immediately see your new requests and begin the step-by-step implementation of each transaction.

By clicking on a new application, you will see the date it was received, the client's name, and all the information about him from the completed form. You can rename these cards, as well as add comments and additional information.

To automatically receive applications from your site, you don't need to set anything up. The CRM is connected to contact forms by default.

However, if you have several boards and you want to choose which one will receive requests, go to the “Integrations” tab in the form settings window and select the name of your CRM board.



You can also add deals manually. This is especially relevant if, in addition to requests from contact forms, you also make records of clients and orders yourself. Or if you receive requests in other channels (Telegram, Viber, Gmail, etc.).

To add a new card, click "New Deal" in the upper right corner, select the status column, enter all the necessary information and click "Save Deal". Or simply click "Add Deal" in any column.
