Interview with Victoria
In this video you can learn more about Victoria's business success and experience with Weblium:
Success stories of Weblium website builder clients: Victoria
Victoria will tell you a little about her business and share what inspired her to create her website.
Victoria, tell us a little about your business and share what inspired you to create your own website.
The point is that we do recruiting and HR consulting specifically for IT. And so we decided that our agency can no longer live without a website . And I just happened to have a friend who worked at Weblium, and he suggested how to do it better. And so we made such a cool website for our Reteam Agency . I finished it myself and filled it with content.
Reteam Agency
Great! So you worked without a website for a while, but then decided you wanted to go online, right?
Yes, of course. Because before it was very inconvenient to copy your presentations to send them to clients. Plus, presentations are constantly changing, and it turns into chaos. I'll send someone a link, someone a document.
And not everything can be included in a presentation, and we constantly have new cases, as well as new candidates that we are ready to recommend or new clients who are looking for candidates.
And it’s still much more convenient to share a link to the site, it turns out very beautiful and informative .
For positioning, we also actively maintain a Facebook page and take part in various webinars for IT students, as well as speak at HR conferences.

But I still want everything to be in one place, on the website. In essence, this is a business card website where you can learn about us and our team, our work vectors, services and prices, customer reviews and a lot of other interesting and useful information about us .
Also, it's really cool that you can immediately go to our social networks from the site. So this mini-dream came true, and we finally launched our site !
You said you created it yourself. How did that even happen? Did you use a template or did you just pick blocks from scratch?
Not entirely independently. I had very close communication with the Weblium team. We were offered various options, and based on them I chose "aha, this is our corporate color", "I like this, I don't like this".
And so we refined the site until I liked everything. Then I filled the site with my own content. Even now, when everything is ready, I add and edit something there almost every day, since some updates are constantly happening in our field.
Do you have any experience creating websites?
Yes. I also have my own IT company. We ordered nepal phone number material a website from developers. However, before that, I made a landing page on Tilda.
As far as I remember, we simply broke down the necessary blocks in Google and filled them with content. And then I switched to Tilda and developed the landing page there myself.
In principle, I wouldn't say that it's difficult, but it's still not what I wanted. Since I'm not a professional, of course the site didn't look really beautiful. So this time we decided to turn to professionals so that everything would look perfect
Victoria, it turns out that Weblium Studio helped you with the site, but you did the SEO settings yourself?
I haven't indexed the site yet. But I'm lucky that I work in IT and know how to do it. And it's cool that you have an SEO checklist for inexperienced users .
I see that the site is in English - you are working for a foreign audience, right?

Since I work in the IT field, basically, our entire market operates in English. That's why we decided to make the site in English right away.
After all, our audience is specialists and product companies that work for the international market. And they all definitely know English.
However, we are currently in the testing phase. Therefore, if suddenly our audience has difficulties with understanding, of course, we will add another language.
In general, do you set any specific metrics or plans for this site?
No, I don't have such goals, because I sell through my brand. The site is, roughly speaking, my assistant.
If someone asks me about candidates or current vacancies, I just send them a link to the site. If they ask me about our conditions and how we work with businesses, again, I give them a link to the site.
