Interview about the business case of the co-founder of the rehabilitation center Zarpa
The success story of the Ukrainian medical and diagnostic center - formation and development
Yuri, hello! Please tell our readers a little about your business. When did you start your own business and how did it develop?

We have been working in the field of physical therapy for more than three years, helping people with rehabilitation. We started with a rehabilitation center in Lviv, and just recently a massage studio appeared. We also plan to scale up with the help of a franchise in other cities of Ukraine.

Zarpa service success story

Have you decided to focus only on Ukraine? Are you planning to enter the international market?

For now, we will develop in Ukraine. Over the three years of our business development, we tested our concept in Lviv, saw which services we do better and which are more profitable. Now we want to create a franchise of massage services.

So your most profitable service is massage, what else?

We have two directions: a full-fledged rehabilitation center with qualified doctors (neurologist, therapist, orthopedist) and a massage studio.

I see. Are your clients local or do they come to you from other cities in Ukraine?

Basically, we try to capture the market of our city. Sometimes people come from other cities. But we live in Lviv, the population here is over a million, so for two locations (rehabilitation center and massage studio) we have enough local clients for now.

But there are requests from other cities, as this niche is still developing. We attract clients precisely through advertising on social networks.

How competitive is your niche?

Quite competitive. Three years ago, when we were just entering the market, we analyzed that our competitors were cooperating with state clinics. We also tried to establish contacts with them, but we were not very successful. At that time, I was only 23 years old, and there was simply no trust in us. Then we realized that we needed to build a different business model.

We decided to try advertising on Facebook and other social networks - we saw that we were doing quite well with it, so we decided to master SMM more comprehensively. We gradually began to study how to attract a client using Facebook or Instagram.

At the same time, we noticed that we were getting many more clients than we expected even from cooperation with state clinics.

The next step was an effective website that would allow us to track each customer and target them with advertising.

Actually, we had our own landing page at that time, but it was too simple and not very informative. In addition, we literally had new services and new people every week that we had to talk about.

And since the site was made by a studio (not Weblium), we could not constantly update the information. And the need was very urgent. So we started looking for a new solution.

It was important for us to be able to independently manage the site and add the necessary information - new services, specialists and our various features. So we gradually came to the Weblium platform.

Successful Business Case - Conquering the Online Space
Yuri, you have gone through a very interesting path. And lithuania phone number resource you talked about the landing. Was it also created on the Weblium platform or on some other one? Tell us more about it, please.

The situation is simple - we were looking for friends who could make a landing page for us. The first website was made by a friend, and we were happy with it.

But over time, there was a need for a multi-page site. Then we turned to a studio (not Weblium). And here the problems began.

We couldn't add new information ourselves. And the site didn't have any SEO optimization at all (and we didn't even know what that was at the time).

The person who made us a website with our own domain quit without even leaving access, and no one could contact him.

Then I heard about the Ukrainian website builder Weblium on YouTube. I had already encountered builders before, even tried to make a website on uKit.

At that moment, I decided that we needed to give a chance to our domestic Ukrainian platform.

And how? Did our designer live up to your expectations?
