BlackRock says foreign companies will be able to manage Chinese people's money

A survey conducted by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Hong Kong University Business School found that 184 companies in the food, healthcare and green technology sectors expressed interest in Industry 4.0. The companies believe that smart manufacturing will improve productivity, reduce costs and make their operations more flexible. Fifty-two percent of respondents indicated an interest in relocating or expanding their production lines in Hong Kong, but said finding talent was a challenge.
The reindustrialization comes amid a rush by Hong Kong companies in the Greater Bay Area to claim tax depreciation allowances or research and development credits.
