The above is already fairly commonplace on the internet. Of course, one does it better (more consistently?) than the other. But internally, there is still a world to be won here. We are still too dependent on structures and non-functioning search engines. By stimulating 'sharing' (which is in fact the core of a social intranet) you achieve a huge time saving. And you will probably be surprised yourself too!

About the apps
Of course I won't cover all the apps that exist to make sharing easier and automate it. There is already enough information about them online. And you probably already know them.

Sit
Zite brings out the best information for me. They do not look at what content is shared in your network (like the alternative Flipboard ), but at what is shared in the network of your network; your so-called second ring . Zite actually makes very clever use of a filter that you have set yourself (your network). In addition, information that is shared elsewhere on the internet is also analyzed and shown to you if deemed relevant.

Zite invites you to provide the displayed articles with context: do you find it interesting? Do you want to read more articles about this topic, by this author or this website? Very nifty! Unfortunately, most philippines phone data of them are in English, the only limitation I experience.

Digital
Diigo is actually the replacement for your favorites. Social bookmarking is the category this tool falls under. Alternatives are Delicious and the rapidly emerging Kiptt . What sets Diigo apart is that you can highlight parts of the text and add comments. In addition, you can organize your favorites into a group. This way you can collect information as a team, while it remains clearly visible who made the favorite.

IFTTT
IFTTTIFTTT is great at connecting different apps. Thanks to such a connection, you can again have actions performed automatically. IFTTT stands for if this, then that. If you follow that train of thought, you can connect anything to anything.

Buffer
Buffer is a scheduler. You add information to Buffer (or have it added via IFTTT) and Buffer posts it on your behalf during the day and/or week on Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn. This way you can generate a continuous stream of information instead of posting twenty messages at once.
