From now on, if the account is configured with MFA, the user will need to authenticate before launching the Power BI application from Teams, through a new authentication screen.

When sharing reports across teams, it’s crucial to have a secure, easy-to-use experience that’s tailored specifically to each group’s needs. This is achieved with Power BI workspace apps, now redesigned for Fabric as a new item type: organizational apps. A public preview of these organizational apps as items is coming soon. These apps can be created in capacity workspaces or in Fabric trials (more licenses and capacities will be supported in the future).

With organizational apps as items, you can develop multiple custom apps within your workspace, each designed for a specific audience. Each app will have its own unique content, navigation, color scheme, and name. Additionally, managing these apps will be similar to managing other items—from creating a new app to managing access to sharing it. Familiarity with managing other items, such as reports, will apply to organizational apps as items as well.
