ChatGPT has been integrated as an app into Salesforce’s messaging solution to provide Slack users with three main features: writing assistance, conversation summaries, and research tools.

ChatGPT will be launched on Slack gradually. For now, users will have to make do with trying out the beta version of the app, and access will not be instantaneous, however, since they will have to sign up for an OpenAI waiting list and wait. Gaining access may take a few weeks or even months.
