WhatsApp implements new measures to stop unwanted group invitations

This feature will include data such as the group's theme, creation date, who added it, and who created it.

WhatsApp has announced new security measures to reduce jamaica number screening unwanted group invitations. Now, when someone adds you to a group, the platform will show a context card with the group name, administrator, creation date, an exit button, and a link to change privacy settings.

These measures allow users to better select who can send them invitations, reducing the risk of scams.

You can also report suspicious messages or groups without anyone knowing, using the context card or group information.

WhatsApp will begin rolling out this feature globally starting today, in a gradual rollout. It will also offer better tools for reporting suspicious groups in the coming weeks, already available in its beta version.
