Qualitative analysis
Allows you to find out the needs of customers, the degree of perception of navigation and the interface of the Internet site. According to J. Nielsen, dialogues with several visitors will help to determine what difficulties with the convenience of the site. Its quality is tested by the moderator by talking to people and observing their reaction. Usability audit of the website is carried out in stages:

Creating a legend that explains the purpose of korea telegram testing to customers. Let's say this: "You've come to a new grocery store that sells only farm produce. We have a large selection, fast delivery (within 24 hours), and the goods are cheaper than those of competitors. The offer attracted you, and you placed an order."
Developing a scenario in which people "get into character" to complete tasks. For example, "You need meat, fruit, milk, and vegetables. What will you do? Do it and describe each step."
Follow-up questions about the person's impression of the experiment. Example: "Which tasks were easy to complete, and which proved problematic?"

Quantitative analysis
Helps to determine what people expect from the product, what difficulties they encounter along the way. To obtain truthful information, you need to test a large target audience. A moderator is not needed here, the participants are familiar with the legend and the scheme of the experiment in advance. They record a video with comments on their actions. Then these materials are studied by specialists to summarize the results.
