According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) , powerful questions involve “the ability to ask questions that reveal the information needed to obtain the maximum benefit for the coaching relationship and the client.”

The speaker, who considers the question as a fundamental tool in the practice of coaching, will define the concept of powerful questions and the types that exist, differentiating them from informative questions.
“Through powerful questions, the coach is able to take his client from the present to the future, accompanying him and inviting him to take action to get out of his comfort zone, apply the designed action plan and thus achieve his objective,” says Yélamos. The speaker highlights that, through powerful questions, a personal reflection is promoted by the client, so that he can subsequently carry out the actions he considers.
Dr. (c) Yélamos will also offer tips on how to formulate powerful questions, focusing on what, when, how, who, how much, etc.
Using a practical methodology that encourages participation, a fragment of a coaching session will be shown, which will then be analyzed by the entire group of participants.
The conference is free, open to anyone interested in the topic, and will be broadcast live in each country where FUNIBER is present .
