Generation Z includes young people born between 1995 and 2010. They grew up with the internet and are also called digital natives . They are ambitious, career-oriented and want to connect with brands they can trust.

They like to use the platform for networking, learning and research purposes. They see advantages in using LinkedIn. For example, 80% say LinkedIn is a useful platform to follow companies and brands. And three quarters say that the companies and brands they follow post valuable content on their LinkedIn page.
