Eficil, a national benchmark in the implementation of the EFQM Model

More than 80% of Eficil's projects are developed within the framework of public administrations, always aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of management through projects such as strategic planning, process management, interest group management and continuous improvement using the EFQM Model, of which it is one of the 3 reference entities at a national level within the Excellence in Management Club ( CEG ), which is the official representative of EFQM in Spain.
