Two new widgets
Along with the introduction of Business Accounts, Pinterest has designed two new widgets that can be placed on your website. These are a Profile widget and a Board Widget .
The Profile Widget shows up to the last 30 pins from your entire Pinterest account on your website. The Board Widget does the same, but from a specific board that you select. You then receive a code to place on your website. This makes your Pinterest account much more visible than before:
These widgets can also be used for personal profiles.
Other features
Since the last update here on Frankwatching, Pinterest has made some other improvements:
by creating a 'linkback' between Flickr and Pinterest, pinned images from Flickr are now credited on Pinterest with the author;
Pinterest is available in Dutch;
besides Flickr, linkbacks are also possible for Slideshare, Soundcloud and Etsy. In addition, it is directly possible to view a Slideshare presentation within Pinterest and sounds from SoundCloud can also be played directly ;
