popular and innovative ideas realized

Post by Arzina333 »

Anyone can leave ideas and vote for the best ideas.
The most popular and innovative ideas will be realised (if possible).
Members are continuously informed about the status:
'under review', 'reviewed', 'coming soon' and 'launched'.

My Starbucks Idea is a clearly structured co-creation community with one goal: to create the best customer experience, from the end product and the production process to Starbucks' social involvement. The community itself is part of the entire brand experience and creates enormous involvement. In five years, 152,322 ideas have been shared by customers, of which the 886 most popular and innovative ideas have been realized.

For example, there is now the Starbucks Verismo System iceland phone data that allows people to make Caffé Latte at home. Starbucks offers full transparency about the processes and the status of popular ideas that have been picked up.

Fear of possible reputational damage
Getting customers to think along with you about all aspects of the organization in a completely transparent way is still a challenge for most organizations. It often does not fit within the corporate culture and philosophy and there may be fear of possible reputational damage. Starting with a low threshold with a small closed environment to experience what it is like is a good start.

It is important to look at which topics and research questions the organization wants to discuss openly and where the community's interests lie. This is the perfect starting point to start realizing customer-oriented changes in a low-threshold way.
