Objective of the study. The objective of this work between titers of specific antibodies in biological fluids of patients with HFRS, identified by the indirect method of fluorescent antibodies, and the severity of the clinical manifestation of the infection.

The severity of clinical symptoms of the disease was established according to the clinical guidelines “Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome in Adults” (2016) based on a combination of clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters. The Statistica 6.0 software package was used to process the data. Reliability was assessed using the Student’s t-test; differences were considered significant at p≤0.05.
